The suite was lovely, all you could need and more! view wasnt great but who cares when you've got not one but two plasma tv's to watch! Swimming pool was good but small and the gym was practically empty when we used it.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to many sights and attractions. I even managed to visit the Frida Kahlo museum, which is usually sold out, thanks to the hotel's prime location. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from the restaurant. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.
I did notice that the parking was not directly at the hotel.

Staff was great.
They initially didn't honor the price agreement obtained with Booked.net. They said they weren't bound to honor it because my card had been declined. I talked to Amex and they explained why it was declined, which was unlikely. In any case, if they don't cancel the reservation, which they hadn't, they are bound to honor the agreement. It took involving Viktor from Booked.net (who was great), Amex, and the Embassy Suites to resolve this. Very stressful.

The rooms here are beautiful and peaceful, each equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; it's conveniently located near a cultural center and within walking distance of a market and shops.
